2) Sean may worry that he might become more feminine due to his pregnancy, but he doesn't change sex. He doesn't even develop breasts.
3) In the main thread, Sean only has one baby inside him. Other threads can give him multiples, but no more than quadruplets; it's a womb, not a clown car.
