A Lilliputian expert in psychotropic drugs

"You can't keep me bound like this." I screamed. Even though I as currently unable to
move, I knew that I could eventually loosen these bonds and probably escape by evening.
"I'll destroy you if you don't let me go right now."

"Ah, he's here." Lord Baldric interrupted. "Doctor Malkrid is here." Lord Baldric rushed off to
meet the doctor. I couldn't see them but I overheard Lord Baldric ask, "I was worried when I
heard that you traveling in the woods. I was afraid you wouldn't make it back in time."

Doctor Malkrid said, "Yet you risked capturing a giant anyway. If he would have escaped
before I could drug him, he could have obliterated the whole countryside. Fortunately, I
hadn't left yet. I'm still planning on going to the woods to gather ingredients but it's
important I make the new giant more controllable before I leave."

I yelled, "Why are you going to drug me?"

Doctor Malkrid said, "Don't worry giant. This drug has a particular effect. You'll still be fully
conscious and aware of your life. You'll even be free to wander about. This drug makes
specific changes in your way of thinking so that you will: One, hate the idea of letting any
of us come to any harm, and Two, lose all sense of modesty or privacy about your body so
that we may continue to harvest rope and other of your bodies by-products as we see fit, and you will note mind being naked in front of people for the rest of your life. "
