Judging from her outfit, her hair and her looks. You would assume that your during the start of the new DB series, Dragon Ball Super. You watch as Bulma walks around the room grabbing her lab coat and start tinkering on one of her famous inventions. You were lucky that your so close to Bulma. If anyone can help you it would be her. However you have to get to the other side of the room first.
Since she was on the other side of the lab, she wouldn't hear you. So getting near her is plan A. You look around the workbench seeing anything you can work with to get down. That's where you see Bulma's work lab coat. Hanging on a revolving chair. Getting a running start you leaped from the workbench and caught yourself on the white fabric of the coat. Gripping on the coat, you shimmy your way down the coat, making sure that you won't fall to the ground and break your everything. After some careful climbing. You reached ground level. You look to see Bulma still working on the same piece she was before.
After some walking you finally arrived at the foot of Bulma. You were simply flabbergasted at the size she was. Seeing her across the room was one thing, seeing her towering right in front of you simply was a different story. You didn't even come past the top of her foot. It looks like one of her fingertips could pin your entire body. You having to crane your head just to look her in her face. You realized that there was possibly no way she would hear you from all the way down there. You would either need to get her attention or climb to a more hearable position.
