"Kid, do you know what a disease is, right?" Mrs. Miller asked.
Timmy nod.
"Ok. And, do you know where babies come from, right?"
"A man inserts his penis inside a woman's hole, he ejaculates and the woman gets pregnant with the baby" Timmy answers.
"That's great, you are such a clever boy!" Lisa said.
Timmy smiled, he had never been complimented by anyone but his mother. The doctors grabbed their chairs and seat down, the conversation starting to get a more serious tone.
"Timmy, we talked a lot about this, but we decided to tell you the truth, there was a disease, a pandemic, that struck our society some years ago, did you know that?"
He shook his head.
"Well, this pandemic was... very tough. It took a lot from us. Your mother kept this a secret from you, we don't know why... This virus, the YK-8, killed, every man in the world. Every man, except you..."
The entire room was in silence, all they could hear was the beeping of a machine monitoring Timmy's heartbeats, the sound starting to slowly speed up as the new information sank in. Not really understanding it, the boy asked again:
"What? H-how? I am not..."
"Yes. Yes, you are Timmy. There is no other human male alive right now. Well, not that we know", said Dr. Miller.
"But... I... It's not possible..."
"Have you ever thought it was weird that you didn't know anyone but your mom? That you never saw a person from your own sex?"
"But... We... She told me..." Now, Timmy did realize how weird it was that he had only socialized with his mother and with people from movies and series, the main reason why he hardly ever felt bored or alone while in the woods.
"Well, this brings us to the next problem: Timmy, what did you say it was necessary for making a baby?"
''A woman... and a man... Oh my god..."
Dr. Miller smiled, he certainly had a quick mind.
"Yes, exactly. For 14 years, no child was born. Without men, our society changed, and we lost hope for the future. But now... Now, Timmy, we have you..."
All women focused on Timmy as Dr. Miller made the big question:
"Timmy, will you help us get humanity back?"
