Phantom thief Carmelita: A little twist I thought of while writing this. Carmelita is a cop by day and Phantom Thief by night. She uses her investigations and police work to find the most elusive criminals that were completely immune to the laws, weather through their extensive connections or expertly navigating the law. So at night she becomes a Phantom Thief to target their mind palaces and to steal their hearts.
