Another child

Height: whatever he wants to be
Appearance: light black toddler in a dinosaur costume with a diaper that he goes in.
Origin story: Timmy was playing giant monster in a cardboard city in his room when he sees a actual tiny fighter jet. Timmy goes after it and discovers a world filled with miniature cities and army bases. Delighted at this he goes into the world and begins his rampaging.
Additional info: he always wanted to be a giant monster and rampage cities and army bases eat people and vehicles and put them in his diaper. He also loves milk a lot and his mommy who allows him to go his world and have fun and sometimes comes with him to change his diaper.
