Your entire digestion system flips upside down because where your anus was turns into an opening where lips, teeth a tongue and the inside of a throat go. His lungs are only connected to his nose however and can only breathe through that. His bladder moves up into his throat near his anal cavity. His butt cheeks and face cheeks stay the same. His eyes transform into his testicles forming the reproductive system where his face used to be. His testicles turn into his eyes leaving them right under his nose, literally.
The hair on his head transforms into pubic hair and the hair where his pube used to be turns into what you could call head hair. With that his transformation is finished. What does that mean for him. Well he's freaking out right now rightfully so and keeps running around bumping into walls.
