Akena Taylor had worked hard pretty much all of her life. From a young age, she became interested in sports. She excelled at them all throughout high school and went to college with a small scholarship to play Lacross. In college she'd take her physical fitness to the next level, going from a fit high school athlete to a buff bodybuilder. She put on a fair amount of muscle, gained a six pack, and could easily rip a phone book in half.
Fiercely independent, after college Akena never really settled down. No boyfriends... Or girlfriends, and a focus on building an online presence lead to a rather successful career as a personal trainer and "fitness influencer," lead to her being a rather accomplished, and well-traveled young woman, and recently that success lead to her being recruited for a special project. Agritech's "Big City," had reached out to her through a social media page, offering a partnership to her if she moved to The Big City and got involved with their fitness programs on the ground level.
The money was great and the potential for social media growth was too. Everyone wanted to get an inside look at this rather outlandish concept of a "designer city," and, being honest with herself, Akena wanted to get a firsthand look. If she liked the place enough she might actually stay for once and settle down.
