There was a huge flesh-colored ball bigger than a person coming out from Leela's abdomen from which came loud noises.
Fry: Leela is that your... Your stomach?
Leela: oh hi Fry, if I was hungry and there was nothing to eat because zoidberg ate everything in the fridge including my lunch, and since he ate my lunch I ate him, now he's just mush in my stomach
Fry: can I play?
Leela: sure come here
Leela takes Fry's hand and presses it against her belly and she sinks.
Fry: wow it's so soft
She places her other hand and begins to massage the belly
Hours go by and now the belly is half its original size but it doesn't seem like it will decrease in size instead now Leela's breasts are the size of two watermelons and her ass is the size of two beach balls
Fry: wow yes she left a mark
Leela: hey fryyy ~ you don't want to inspect the results
Fry: of course
