Tyrion "Tyrie" Keves, age 14, is about to enter a Darnakian preschool, which differs from Earthly ones quite a bit. Tyrie will be entering a room for kids who haven't hit their growth spurt yet. While the growth spurt has a lot of learning in it, learning things is not a lost cause for their extended toddlerhood-they can learn how to count, how to read, even how to go potty before their 'growth spurt'. Tyrion is bright, inquisitive, and friendly, he should make plenty of friends and have a great time at preschool. Especially since his big sis Gyria (17) is in the room next door, having her growth spurt!

Twins. Twins are always a handful, and often a study in contrasts. Mevin and Molon (12) are an exercise in contrast. Mevin is energetic, hyperactive, curious, and a natural copycat. Molon is moody, quiet, nervous, and sensitive. Mevin wants to be big and is anticipated to start his growth spurt soon, Molon is in no hurry to grow up and maybe is a late bloomer. Mevin toddles onto the playground ready to play, Molon stays glued to his parent's leg the whole way through.
You gotta admit, they're both darn cute, though.
