The 22nd century!

The year is 21XX. Earth is now well on its way into the stars. Earth has united into one nation, ending all conflict between humans. New colonies are being established on far away planets, spreading the light of humanity. Advanced starships connect these colonies to Mother Earth, and others continue to chart the void. Mysterious aliens have been contacted, opening up new futures for humanity's place in the galaxy. All in all, things are looking pretty good for Earth.
