You enter Room 4, where Olivia is restrained in a straight jacket and strapped down onto a gurney. Her bare feet squirm wildly as she notices you enter. You notice that she wears red nail polish and her feet look very well cared for.
"Hi Olivia, I'm the new doctor. I see you're restrained nice and tight for our first session" you say as you smile warmly at Olivia. "P...please...not the feet...don't tickle my feet" begged Olivia. "Aw, I'm sorry sweetie, but it's the most effective treatment for you" you tell her. "NO...PLEASE...I CAN'T...NOT AGAIN" Olivia begs more panicked. "Shh, calm down sweetie. I'm just going to start out slowly to warm up first. Are you ready? Here it is" you say as you begin to just lightly tickle and tease the sensitive soles of her feet with just your fingers. "HeheHAHAHAHAHAHAHA. NA-HA-HAAAAAA. PLEEEEEEEEASE NO. OH HELP, SOMEONE HELPHEHEHEHEHEHEHEHEHE. THIS IS TORTURE, I DOHOHOHON'T BELONG HERE, I'M NOHOHOHOHOT INSANE, PLEASE STOPHEHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA" laughed Olivia as she wiggled and squirmed in her bonds to try and escape the tickling. "Oh my, you ARE a ticklish one. How about your toes, hm? Does it tickle there too?" you ask as you tickle her wiggling toes. "PLE-HE-HEEEEEEEEEEASE. NOOOOOOOOOOO MORE TICKLING. YOU'RE KIHIHIHIHILLING MEHEHEHEHEHEHE. AEEEEEK, GET OFF MY TOES YOU MONSTERHAHAHAHAHAHAAHHAHA" laughs Olivia harder. You stop tickling and let Olivia recover a little.
"Alright, I think I've gotten to grips with your feet. They're very soft, do you get pedicures?" you ask. "Yes...they force me to have a pedicure every week. I scream and fight because it tickles like hell. Even having my bare feet washed is too ticklish for me" said Olivia. "Well, it's for your own good if that makes you feel any better" you smile. "So they keep telling me" said Olivia. "Well, your feet are very nice. It's going to be a pleasure to work with them" you tell her.
Now, it's time to make a choice. You can continue Olivia treatment by using tools like feathers and brushes, take her to get a tickle wash all over her body, make her get a pedicure, ask for tickle itch lotion or let the asylum's pet kittens have a little time licking her feet.
