The Combat Revue games would be seeing their end soon, the Shanghai Division met their end in the first round and conceded defeat. However despite it all there was still a rivalry going on between the two team's captains. It was a friendly rivalry, the two had been on much better terms since the Flower Division won the first round in the games
And today that friendly rivalry would be taking the form of a competition. The two decided they would settle once and for all who was the more capable captain. Unfortunately for everyone around them, many people would be caught in the crossfire.
"Here it is! Straight from a Sumire's box full of Kohran inventions that should never be touched!" Seijuro boasted as he presented Mr. Swapper to Yang. He had heard from a drunken Sumire that at one point the old Flower Division had an incident where this invention was used and someone had possessed her body, making it the perfect tool for his and Yang's competition.
Seijuro and Yang could have settled things with brute strength and fought each other, but after having already fought in the World Revue Games they wanted to settle things in a different way. A contest of adaptation and a captain's ability to adjust to any situation.
"Like we discussed. No matter who you see, you hop into their body. No picking out whoever seems the best." Seijuro went over the rules again.
"Please, with your luck I can become anyone and still beat you a million times over." Yang said smugly.
The contest would simple. The two would hop into different bodies, have a competition, and then leave. In order for this contest to be truly definitive the winner would be whoever held victory in three contests. They would be testing every aspect a captain could be judged on. Strength, humility, acting, and several other tasks they thought up. Whoever could win three first would be declared by the other as the best captain.
As soon as the two exited Seijuro's room, the competition would begin. The second they ran into other people they would take their bodies and the competition would go full force.
