Lisa opens the door to find Bart and Maggie in their swimsuits in the bathtub. They both look up and stare at her.
"What are you guys doing?"
"Oh...I'm teaching little Maggie here how to swim." Bart replies.
"Yeah, for what?"
"A toddler's swimming race!" Bart says as he excitedly holds up a poster for the competition. "First prize is 50 bucks!"
"And what are you going to do with 50 bucks? Waste it on video games?" Lisa laughs.
"Maybe" Bart says as he gets back in the tub with Maggie. "What's that?" Bart says pointing to the device Lisa is holding.
"Oh. I'm not entirely sure. That is why I came in here because I wanted to test it with someone present" Lisa replies. "The only thing I know is it says that it is a 'Matter Enhancement Device'"
"Enhancement device huh? Well maybe it can help Maggie win the race!" Bart says excitedly.
"You want to test it on Maggie? That is so wrong of you Bart!"
"What? You were the one looking to for someone to test it on, don't yell at me!"
"hmmm...but what is it has some awful side effect?"
"Fine...Either test it on Maggie or if you are too scared, you can test it on me. Deal?" Bart offers
"Fine" Lisa says
Lisa looks at the two of them and decides what to do.
