Bill had just coded a special universal character creator. It took him 10 years and he finished on his 21 birthday. Called "Uni CC", it had only one limitation. It could only make physical biological changes to humans or anthros. There was also the cavet that the changes did not happen instantly, but were at a moderate pace. Only one input at a time could be made, but queing was allowed. The interaction was through a 3D hologram of the subject that could be sent anywere, but only he had access. Any part could be selected & changed through simple gestures for shape & size, thorough & detailed drop down list with sublists for more dramatic changes, & checkboxes for changes such as gender. Every option also had a box for additional notes on the change (for example if choosing hyper muscular, it can be noted as "extreme muscle eclipse of body") as well applcable changes having a check box to "make continuous". Anything undergoing change would show up as a progress bar with details & could be paused or canceled.
