Scarlett Phakte, also known as "Silver Scar" from her name and cybernetics, is one of the most infamous mob bosses in the United Nations of Humanity. Thanks to her drastic cybernetics, she has a rather permanently youthful appearance with gorgeous face, dark lush hair, and curves in all the right places. Her arms and legs are noticeably mechanical than the rest of her body, intentionally so. They're built to be both intimidating and functionally stranger, putting pleasant aesthetics aside. This contrasts with the design focus on the rest of her body. While her torso looks quite human, most of it is also cybernetics, including her flawless bronze skin, which is actually synthetic material almost indistinguishable from the real thing aside from the occasional seam.
Scarlett was first introduced into the criminal world after she was diagnosed with an incurable alien disease at a young age and the only way to save her was with expensive cybernetics. As a solution, her lower middle class parents did the only sensible thing possible: adopt a life of crime to pay for medical bills. After a few dangerous years outside the law, Scarlett's parents were finally able to pay for her last surgeries, although it left a less than desirable impression on the young girl. She grew up idolizing criminality, both due to her parents' new criminal lifestyle and the fact that lifestyle saved her life. So even as young as twelve years old, she was already stealing, smuggling, and forming underground connections, with the help of her parents.
In her teenage years, she would continue her criminal activities, eventually attracting the attention of a prominent mafia family who offered to recruit her into their ranks. By this time, her parents had retired from crime but Scarlett still had ambitions to fulfill so she accepted. She started off as a goon but worked her way up to the top until she was second only to the Don. However, her loyalty to him was shattered when, on his deathbed, he appointed his less competent daughter as his successor. This move angered both Scarlett and many of her allies in the mafia. So after the Don died, Scarlett lead a coup in the family, eliminating all supporters of the chosen successor and exiling the daughter. From then on, Scarlett led the mafia as its new leader, ruling through cunning and brutality and taking the mafia to greater heights it had every known.
