The Zehm are a race of humanoid aliens who have a strict and authoritarian feudal government where everything and everyone is the personnel property of the pharaoh and the nobility that serves her. They also believe that their race is the pinnacle of creation and that they are destined to make the entire galaxy submit to their rule.
It's only natural that a war would break out between them and one of their neighbors.
