How about Ash and many of his female friends where in some mountain. Soon they stumble on a town called Stepvill. As the group explore the town, they noticed all of the male resident where surrounded by groups of females.
They all noticed that all of the females are all very feminine.

Unbeknownst to any of them, the town has a strange effect on any female that comes in. Slowly making them more feminine and submissive to the guy they have feelings for.
