Daniel got on the other side of the long dirt hole. He was a bit dirty himself, but considering where he ventured into it made sense.
"Here we are!" The trog girl said as Daniel walked forward. It seemed... to be just on the outskirts of town. Further away then where he was but... where was he?
"Trog, where are we?" He had to question to her.
"We are by the big body of the girl, it's over there can't you see it!" Hunched over she came close to Daniel, pointing as he coudn't see anything.
"Stupid Trog. There is nothing here."
"No, it is you gotta keep walking that way!" Daniel could feel a couple of hands on his back as he was getting pushed. It was dark sure, but there was still no body? In fact there was something else.
"S-Stop!" He shouted, planting his feet. "There is a hole here!"
"Get in!" Zer shouted, when suddenly he was pushed in. Daniel had little time to react as he fell into the pit! Falling down with a thud, landing down the hole. The hole was not that deep, but deep enough where he couldn't climb out easily. It was a foot trap, meant to trip up chasing minotaurs that a Trog could lure them to. It was just to get away, not fight.
"Trog, you pushed me down!" Daniel shouted angrily.
"Zar, my name is Zar not Trog!" Seems like that was getting to her. "I heard humans were mean, and you really are!" Zar left his view for a second, as he cursed himself for even trusting a trog in the first place.
Suddenly, he saw a large rock coming into view as Zar was pushing it.
"T-Trog don't!" And she pushed it in. The rock came flying down as he couldn't do anything but get flattened underneath it. The rock laid down on top of him, pinning down his leg and his waist.
"A-Ahh! god-dammit!" Daniel shouted as he couldn't lift the rock off of him. It probably was small enough to get grabbed with one hand when he was normal size, but now it was worthless.
Zar saw that she has stopped the human, as she started to slide down into the hole. "You thought you were smarter than me Daniel, but I got you!"
Daniel hates to admit it, but he was trapped. Zar went over to him as he went to grab his sword! A quick slash would end the life of this traitorous little thing. However as he went for the swing, skillfully she grabbed the sword, and manage to disarm him mid-swing.
She grabbed his sword and started to inspect it, and Daniel was stunned.
"H-How did you do that?"
"Good with my fingers," Was her only response, before she then dropped the sword back down onto the ground. Getting covered in dirt she stepped closer to him. "What else do you have!?"
She went over to loot him, but Daniel had bigger problems. He swears he could feel his legs going numb under there, and then there is Zar.
"If you come over here, within my reach. Be warned because I will attack you."
The Troglodyte didn't pay much head to this though, as she came up and started to feel around his body. Daniel swung his arm when he could but she made sure to be just out of reach. He couldn't prevent anything from this girl.
Until she reached into his belt and pulled out something.
"Ohh, this is shiny!" Zar raised it in front of her eyes. Daniel was worried, cause that was the growth potion given to him for escape! It was shiny blue in the glass vial, and Daniel had a worried expression.
Which Zar could see, and that meant this was important!
"What does this do?" She asked curiously. Daniel knew he had to play this right. A trog has probably never seen a potion or anything of the like.
"I-It's poison, deadly. Could kill someone within seconds." At least that will make sure she won't waste it.
She looked over it from side to side, a curious eye as he just wishes she would give it back.
"You lying." Zar said catching on quickly. She was skilled in deception and lies, so of course she was able to snuff it out. "What does it do, tell me or I'll drop it!" Zar held it.
"Don't!" Daniel showed off his hand, as he knew he was in trouble. She turned to him with a smile, as this meant nothing to her. She was willing to do it.
But Daniel knew that if he revealed it, then she would take it in a second! But she was %100 willing to drop it, as it meant nothing to her.
"Okay, Z-Zar." He said saying her name to show some trust. "It's a growth potion." Her face softened as soon as it was revealed. "It can turn someone to an average, I was going to take it once it happens. However I need you not to drink it. if you don't, then after this I will grow myself and I will take you to Cassier. A much better living than here."
"This can make me bigger." Zar said with eyes wide, finding a dream.
"W-Wait Zar don't drink it!" Daniel shouted. "If you do, you will be big however you will be hunted down quickly and killed. If you let me keep it, I will rescue you and whatever Trogadytes you want and take you to my homeland."
"Make me big..." Zar was one track, and that wasn't good for Daniel.
"Listen please Zar! You shouldn't take that, cause you won't be able to escape and you'll be seen by a harpie or a minotaur! You don't want to risk it. I am giving you a much better option."
Zar, did listen to this one. She doesn't want to be caught, but she wants to be big so much! If she's big, then she doesn't always have to hide!
