"Nothing seems wrong." Tails said, looking over the scan results, "I think you might just have a case of pinkeye. It should clear up by tomorrow!"
"Well, if you say so..." Amy muttered. She wanted to believe him, but there was a small shred of doubt in the back of her head that wouldn't go away. Still, she reasoned, Tails would know if something was wrong with her, so she must have just imagined things. It wasn't like she felt bad, after all. As a matter of fact, she was feeling pretty good. So there must not be anything wrong!
"Well, thanks anyway!" Amy smiled, as she exited the workshop. However, despite what Tails had said, there truly was an energy swirling inside of her, and it was only growing stronger. Why hadn't Tails noticed this?
