You slowly start to panic, not knowing what to do in this new body. You quickly hide under the desk (or bed), unable to comprehend what's happening.
But then, you hear something, a whisper in your head, a voice maybe? You can't tell. It says that everything will be okay, but you can't be sure considering what you experienced when you were still, well, you.
