1) you appear shrunk in the Merovingian castle, meeting Persephone

2) you appear shrunk in a street. Zion get noticed that something's strange happenned into the matrix (you and your size) they have to send someone to see what's going on

3) you appear shrunk during Trinity's fight to save Neo, which was in Neo's dream
