Sure

It all began one day at the Pickles residence as Tommy Pickles was in his playpen that was upstairs in the living room as he and Dil's father Stu invented a growth ray.

Of course when Stu turned on the growth ray things went well right up until it malfunctioned as the growth ray then fired a laser beam blast that ricocheted its way around the entire house until it reached the upstairs area whereas the growth ray's laser beam blast hit Tommy himself.

Moments after the growth ray's laser beam blast hit Tommy himself he started to grow bigger as his clothes and diaper tore themselves apart as Tommy then outgrew the house he and his family were in.

Now that Tommy was a gigantic nude baby what was going to happen next?
