How fast does Bonnie start to grow?

Bonnie is standing in front of the bathtub her older brother, Clemont had started to prepare for her. He requested her to strip and get into the tub so she can be cleaned. However, before Bonnie can even take one article of clothing off, she starts to hear a rumble in her tummy and a odd stretching feeling overtaking her whole body suddenly!!
