Ruby goes after Cinder and Emerald

Ruby figured that testing her new ability on Cinder and Emerald would be a better duo to start with since she didn't actually know them all that well. With Cinder's team being here for the tournament that gave Ruby about two months or so of practice with her new powers. And if anything went wrong Ruby figured that she could probably just hide away the evidence and make everyone think they just disappeared.

Ruby wasn't entirely sure which dorm room was Cinder and Emerald's since their team was staying in the guest dorm rooms. So, Ruby waited outside the entrance to the dorm while waiting for anyone to come out or possibly even see one of Cinder's team members. Unfortunately for Ruby it was an early Saturday afternoon, so everyone was either staying inside or had already left to go out to Vale.

Ruby waited outside for about an hour for anyone to walk outside and was beginning to think about giving up and looking for someone else. As she was about to walk away from the pillar, she had been leaning on she suddenly heard the guest dorm doors open. Looking back around the pillar Ruby saw...
