It's a day's walk in the grass to leave a Lilly's yard. That night he camped beneath the stars in his silk dome tent. In the morning, he filled his twin cantines with the morning dew. By noon the next day he was to a sidewalk and the Lilli watching began in earnest.
Taking a few pictures with his camera he watched the Lillies drive by in cars so huge that dozens of cities would fit inside them. Fortunately for Adam, the Lillies kept their pets on leashes or surely he'd be sniffed out and discovered before this adventure even began.
Following the sidewalk but not ON the sidewalk, Adam witnessed the Lillies at their bus stop. Every fifteen minutes a Lilliputian bus would pick some people up and drop others off. He watched one woman put down her hand bag and wait for the bus. It would be SIMPLE to merely hang onto the hand bag and hitch a ride to some far off destination.
