Summary: The plan neared fruition; the demon Ruby would soon trick Sam Winchester into killing Lilith, unleashing Lucifer and begining the apocolypse. All heaven needed was for the Michael Sword to sit comfortably and wait for the show to start.
From the information Naiomi exctracted from the mind of Castiel, Zachariah knew that Dean Winchester enjoyed such things as food and sex, and so he had the angels prepare a great meal for the Righteous Man, and retreived many of the women for whom he had feelings for, tweaking their bodies and minds to make them ideal lovers for the man.
Of course if anything seeing how the angels had altered the girls (or as he had assumed at the time, created replicas of them adjusted) in that way, clued Dean in to what was happening earlier, and prompted him to flee to try and stop Sam. However when he did, Zachariah discarded the girls, returning them back to where he plucked them... but failed to reverse the changes, leaving them altered and obsessed with Dean.
When they track him down and he realises the truth about what Zachariah did, how will Dean deal with his newfound harem on top of handelling the apocolypse?
