Slivinis Zanis
Co-Commander of the City Guards in a mixed-race city, Slivinis was formally Second-in-Command of the City Guard, until his immediate superior was shrunk to the size of a mouse due to some mysterious gas. Due to the nature of the emergency, Slivinis's rank was elevated, along with other non-humans that had shown promise for their respective current positions prior. Currently, Slivinis and the Guard are making sure that no one is taking too advantage of the shrunken humans, especially after hearing about what was going on in other areas.
Zihu Othio
About to propose to his human girlfriend, Mia, of many years, Zihu was shocked when instead of saying Yes, or No, she said, "Help me!" as she shrank out of her dress, to barely six inches tall. If nothing else, Zihu is caring of Mia, and looks after her and her family, especially given what's been going on in other areas.
Eztli Ziliz
A thief of many things, Eztli was surprised when his buyer of stolen gems shrunk on him. Despite thinking about taking advantage of the other criminal for a moment, Eztli has enough honor to know that there are certain lines one mustn't cross. After his City was declared a Sanctuary City where humans would be, mostly, safe from abuse, Eztli put his skills to good use - as he tries to smuggle humans out of dangerous areas, and bring them to places like his city.
Sisava Suas
Already a leader in the criminal underworld, the shrinking of his human associates surprised him. Granted, he was able to find others to assist them, the shrinking of many loyal underlings is something of a headache as he now has to find someone to do their tasks. Of course, should he find evidence that a shrunken human was disloyal, his snake companions love to have their tasty treats - although he makes sure that the human is indeed guilty of being disloyal, and wasn't set up to take the fall by a real disloyal underling, even if it means hiding said human for a while, and he does compensate those that are truly loyal to him.
