As Alexander thought in where he could test his powers, two more places came to his mind: The kingdom of Finas wasn't too far, his delivery yesterday wasn't the first as the riolu was usually tasked to go there regularly as Finas was a common trading place with Luxendarc. By his numerous visits he knew that the kingdom was where all the nobility and important people lived, so Alex could have a good time there.
But he could also go to the local guild, in which many pokemon congregate including adventurers, traders, researchers and more. Alexander would surely have a lot to pick from there.
