Chupeli knew that he should really explain everything to Sylveon. It was wrong to steal her life like this and he knew that Sylveon definitely didn't deserve it. Also, Chupeli figured felt there was something wrong, almost like an urge that was pushing him to keep the suit on. He had felt this urge before when he had gotten close to using the orb before. Of course, he didn't follow through with it until now, but it made Chupeli wonder if the orb was tempting him in some way. In any case, Chupeli had to focus on his current situation.
Chupeli began to climb out of Sylveon's mouth. He had never done this before, so it was a bit tricky, but he was able to pull apart the mouth and leave a big enough gap for him to at lease get his body out from the waist up. All it took after that was sliding it down and getting his tail out. It was still really weird to Chupeli to see another Pokémon like this. Completely deflated and a bit of a bigger gap for her mouth than usual after his escape from the suit.
It was at this moment that Chupeli realized he didn't quite know how to "reinflate" a costume. He panicked for a second, before looking back at the orb. His only hope was to touch the orb and hope that the orb would fix her.
