Working at ESU with Betty Brand, Harry Osborne and Ned Leeds, Michelle Jones develops a machine which, through electrical stimulation, can induce rapid cell duplication. With time it can be used to revolutionize medicine, but first they need to get attention. At Betty's suggestion they develop a prototype designed to induce rapid breast growth, providing a safe and rapid alternative to implants.
However on the day they are due to test it, Betty, who was set to be the test subject, was off sick. Pressed for time and unable to find a replacement test subject, Michelle is eventually convinced to take Betty's place. However, having delayed for so long, they reach the end of the lab's opening hours shortly after using the machine, intending to return later that night to undo the procedure once she'd gone up a cup size or two.
To their horror, when they return to the Lab, they find a desperate student set fire to the building, destroying their machine. How fast can they repair it, and how big will Michelle Grow in the mean time?
