Okay, which video games are we dealing with?

Assassin's Creed? The Pieces of Eden can twist minds, and as we saw in Odyssey they could twist bodies, maybe they could induce weight gain, expansion, inflation and so on. As for amputation? Evie, Kassandra, Evior, Aya; they all go into battles against blade wielding opponents, it would be easy for them to have some accident that cost them a limb.
