Sakura was excited her movie was only days away from releasing and when that happened the earth would basically be her playground. There wasn't any more promotions to do until opening night which leaves her bored. She wasn't willing to reveal herself early since a defeat would mean anouther year of waiting. Then she got an idea and quickly cleared space in the middle of her room. Sakura focused and a small town apeared in the center of her room, not a model but a full town taken from some random country and moved miniaturized in her room.
