Okay, the silent Siren is typically seen as petite, so maybe she wanted bigger boobs, only to end up with more. But how?

Perhaps she made a poorly worded wish, maybe she wished to be more busty or have more breast, meaning bigger boobs but the magic interprets it as literally more boobs, or takes both interpretations.

Or perhaps she ends up with a magic, breast growing bra, and something happens to make her grow new breasts, maybe it's lying on her bed and she flops down exhausted and passes out with it pressed aginst her stomach, back or butt.
