Okay, Danny's female best friend, how does Sam Manson (after age 18) end up with more boobs?

Sam is known for protests against things that defy her morals, maybe she hears about a high tech dairy using experimental hormones on the cows. Maybe she breaks in, and ends up getting injected with said hormones, what might happen then?

Or perhaps... maybe Sam feels a little angsty because, compared to some of the women around her, she's relatively small busted. Maybe she made a poorly worded wish about having more boobs, meaning bigger breasts of course, but should a certain wishing ghost overhear her... well she loves twisting wishes and that one has a twist practically built in...
