Okay, so to be clear, this is a world where Marvel and DC's heroes live together, naturally that means we're not gonna split off into the various types, 616, Arkhamverse MCU etc, we're just going with a big melting pot of Marvel and DC Canon.
For ease of access, most teams, like the X-Men, the Titans, the JSA etc still exist but, as both are 'Earths mightiest heroes' the Avengers and the Justice League are fused together to form the Justice League of Avengers.
Finally, let's dispense with the illusion that just one girl will be sprouting extra breasts, you didn't go to this thread so Peter could go to STAR labs instead of the Baxter Building when Mary Jane starts growing extra breasts. However and whoever we start with, a lot of girls are growing extra breasts.
