Okay, before I suggested James Bond (honestly I was drawing a blank on Film Franchises that weren't Marvel or Potterverse) but what about one that's a bit more tongue in cheek, maybe the Kingsman go up against someone whose giving women extra breasts, maybe they end up getting Roxy or Tilde?

Or, going in a wildly different direction, perhaps How To Train Your Dragon (Or its spin offs), maybe the gang find some new dragon whose venom has odd effects on women,maybe they find a new plant on anew island with these effects, maybe you guys can come up with a better idea.
