Okay, why's Willow going to start growing more breasts?

Maybe Insecurity: after witnessing a girl with significantly larger breasts than her own attempt to flirt with Tara, Willow grows afraid Tara will be tempted away by someone bigger than her. To prevent this, Willow casts a spell on herself, attempting to make her breasts bigger, and while it works, soon after she stars growing whole new breasts, can she figure out a way to stop the growth? And was she the only one effected by her spell?

Or maybe this is Rack's Fault: During season 6 she goes to a black magic dealer, maybe his magic has a more... physical effect in this story.
