While James's first victim of pranks, which from the right view could be seen as bullying, were aimed at Severus Snape from Slytherin, his second favorite target was Peter himself. After a prank that caused it to look like Peter had pissed in his sleep. A prank that really made no sense since the only four people who were in their rooms was Peter, Remus, Sirius, and James himself, and the three others knew about the prank before had it was utterly pointless.
While his so-called friends found it funny that prank turned out to be the straw that broke the came's back for Peter who decided enough Mr. Nice Guy. Peter and the others knew that one of the reasons that James pranked Severus was due to how much time the other spent with Lily Even. And with James having a crush on the girl since he first laid eyes on her during their train ride before starting their First-Year, Peter had the perfect revenge in mind.
He was going to claim Lily right under James's nose. He did not worry about the redheaded Muggleborn girl falling for Severus knowing that she saw the Slytherin boy more like a brother than any prospective love interest. She had told him so herself while she worked with him during a tutoring session. For while his friends boasted they were so smart they never seemed to have much time to help him out when he needed it but Lily had seen him struggling had offered to help tutor him when he was having trouble.
Peter met with Lily at least once a week in an empty classroom close to Gryffindor Tower to avoid the noise of the other students and James trying to flirt with Lily. As part of his plan, Peter used his knowledge of the school to grab some snacks for them from the kitchens they could enjoy during their studying. He thought about slipping some potions which would make Lily incredibly turned on but was not sure if she would be able to detect them in her food and drink due to how good she was a Potions and the time she spent with Severus who seemed to be able to detect even the faintest hint of a Potion in use and prevent himself from taking it. Something that caused James and the other Marauders annoyance and had wasted a lot of their time before they started to find ways around it.
In case she could also detect potions in use when they should not be there Peter recalled an old Muggle movie he had seen over the summer where a man spilled some drink on his pants and to clean them had to take them off leading to him fucking the woman he was with over a coffee table. He did not understand that he had found an old porno and thought that this was just how Muggles react to events. As later in the movie the same man spilled some drink on a woman's top causing her to take it off and which led to her giving a boobjob to the guy. In the end Peter...
