If all roads lead to Rome then, by the look of the market, merchants from around the world travel those roads to hawk their wares. Even from a distance, you can hear a dozen different accents shouting in Latin, Greek and languages you can only guess at.
One booth has a robed figure gesturing and speaking in one of those languages from beyond the Empire's eastern borders. As the robed figure made a circle with his hand, a circle of green fire appeared. The crowd 'oohed' and 'aahed' appreciatively, and even you were mildly impressed.
Then things went awry.
The robed figure made a dismissive gesture that you think was supposed to make the ring of fire disappear. Instead, the ring of fire began growing and heading straight towards you! The robed figure begins screaming and making panicked gestures, but it does no good.
Are you able to get out of the way of the ring of fire in time?
