-The Trade-off: One character an overweight and self loathing college kid, the other incredibly fit but struggling with a mid-life crisis. Either knowingly or not, a trade deal is made. Gradually, the fat one sees the weight suddenly falling off them as they also artificially age decades older. The thin one finds themselves being rejuvenated back to early adulthood, however they're also completely plumping up along the way. (Whether or not reality is rewritten so that each character was always the other's size and age is up to you!)
-The Passion: somehow the fat one is excreting the millions of calories stored within them. Their saliva and ejaculate are packed with cals, the fat one is losing weight to produce these fluids but it's going to have fattening consequences for their skinny lover as they consume them.
