Ravi had turned 18 recently, but he was down on himself. Sure, he had gotten into one of the top colleges in New York and was at the top of his class, but he had just graduated high school and he had nothing to remember but being bullied, beat up and manhandled. It was tough for him to stick up for himself since he lacked muscle and physical size, standing at a measly 5'5. The polar opposite was his 19 year old brother Luke, who, despite being a year older only, was stood at a towering 6'0 and donned a muscular physique that gave his clothes a challenge to fit his athletic body. It didn't help that Luke would participate in the bullying of Ravi.
Ravi was trying to get a fresh start in college, he moved into a dorm on campus and had a chill roommate, Matt, who studied biochem along with him. They would frequently work on projects and reports together, they had most of the same classes. College was a breath of fresh air for Ravi. He even started to find himself a little more, discovering that he felt a bit of attraction for Matt. He found that he would check out Matt's muscles and build, and enjoyed spending time with him. Matt stood at 5'10, and treated Ravi well, quickly becoming one of the first people in Ravi's life who truly cared for him.
The pair were in the lab, testing out different formulae to see what effects they would have on human biology for their research project midterm.
"This is really tough man. But I'm glad I get to do it with you." Ravi said.
Matt smiled. "I love that I get to be your partner in crime Rav. You didn't deserve the treatment you got in high school."
"Thanks dude..." Ravi gazed into Matt's eyes. "Hey, I have something to tell you."
"What's that?"
Ravi's heart was practically jumping out of his chest. A droplet of sweat dripped down his face. "I...kinda have a crush on you."
Matt froze. "Wait..me? Are you sure? I-" he grew flustered, and before he could speak more, he tried to place his hand on the counter and knocked over a vial of solution they created. It drenched Ravi's shirt and seeped into his skin.
"AHH!!!" Ravi screamed. "OH SHIT!!" Matt rushed Ravi into the lab showers and attempted to get it off, to no avail.
"That felt weird..." Ravi exhaled.
"Do you think it'll do anything?"
"I hope not..I..." Ravi began to grunt.
