“Hey Alex, come on in.” Jess stood there in a crop top, sweatpants, and a beanie, looking undeniably sexy. I take a breath, trying to get a hold of myself. “I need your help to beat a quest I have been stuck on.” She leads me to her gaming room in the basement. Jess has a pretty sweet setup, with all the best games, a large TV, and a comfortable couch. The walls are covered with classic video game posters and color-changing LEDs mounted around the room's perimeter. To top it all off, Jess had a mini-fridge and microwave down here.
“Would you like a soda?” asks Jess. I nod, and she pulls out two root beers in glass bottles. We spend the next 20 minutes working through the quest of Zelda. I am not nearly as good as Jess, as Zelda is her favorite, but I am able to provide the support needed to clear the challenge. “Finally,” she cheers, “I have been stuck on that one for a while.” Jess grabs a bowl of M&Ms and places them between us. “Are you down for a Mario Kart competition?”
“Sure, but I don’t have any money to wager with this time,” I reply.
“I thought we could do something a little more interesting this time,” Jess says mischievously. “Each time we lose, we have to remove one piece of clothing. Whoever ends up naked first losses the competition.”
I feel my cheeks go red; that was not what I was expecting. The thought of stripping down in front of Jess makes my heart race. “I...uh..”
“Are you scared to let a girl see you naked since you know that I will kick your butt?” she asks playfully.
“As if,” I smirk. “You are on!”
“Okay, to make things even between us, I will count my bra and panties as one article of clothing.” Jess hands me a remote and gets the game ready. I try not to stare at her slender figure as she bends down to turn on the Wii. The rocket in my pocket is going off even before either of us has removed clothes. Luckily it is not noticeable through my jeans. We start with the Flower Cup. I manage to beat her in the first race. Slyly, she takes off one sock and wiggles her bare toes in my face. Jess does indeed kick my butt in the next three rounds, causing me to lose both my socks and my jeans jacket.
“Since you are losing, I will let you pick which cup we do next,” Jess says. After some internal debate, I go with the Star Cup since I am pretty good at all the tracks. On Daisy Circuit, I just barely manage to stay in first. Jess pulls off her other sock. I am not so lucky on Koopa Cape. I have to take my shirt off, feeling embarrassed about my lack of mussels as she glances at my bare chest.
When I win the next round, Jess pulls off her beanie and tosses it on the floor with the rest of our clothes. This is shortly followed by my pants. There is a soft clink of glass as I slip out of them, trying to hide my boner. “What do you have in your pocket?” asks Jess. Before I can respond, she reaches into them and pulls out the vials I found earlier. Seeing the labels, she gives me a curious look.
“Oh, I meant to show you those earlier. I found them up by the base.” I say, explaining everything that had happened. Jess gives me a skeptical look. “I am serious; it works.” In nothing but my boxes, I walk over to the table that has snacks and grab a banana. Then I proceed to show her the power of the elixir. Jess’s mouth opens in astonishment as it shrinks to the size of a cashew. I let her examine it before returning it to normal size. “I found this card with the vials.”
After reading it, Jess exclaims, “Dude, this is so cool. Ever since I saw Honey We Shrunk Ourselves, I thought it would be nifty to be able to shrink. And from the sounds of it, this stuff might work on humans.” I nod, and Jess looks thoughtful. She sets down the bottles. “Ready to continue our competition?”
I take the remote, knowing that it is unlikely that I will win. My boxers are the only thing I have left, whereas Jess still has three items of clothing. We move onto the leaf cup. I manage to win the first race. Jess takes off her crop top, showing off even more of her slender body. This display causes me to lose concentration in the next round, and she creams me. Jess does a victory dance. “Ha, I won. Time for you to get into your birthday suit.”
With a little hesitation, I stand up and slip my boxers to the ground. I feel extremely exposed, especially as Jess’s eyes travel over my body. She gives me a sly grin. “I bet you didn’t expect to be getting naked in front of a girl today.” I shake my head, unable to say anything. “Well, you have nothing to worry about. You have a great body.”
My cheeks go bright red. “Uhh.. thanks... I... uhh...I have never been nude in front of a girl before.”
“I’m not quite as innocent as you,” Jess says with a mischievous grin. “I went on a hike with my cousin and his friend to a secluded lake. They decided to go skinny dipping and give me a show of their manhood. Though, I have to admit that you are much cuter than them.” Jess stands up and moves closer to me, sending waves of nervous energy through my bloodstream. Then she plants a kiss on my cheek.
I just shyly smile, amazed at how fast things have escalated. Just yesterday, I wished I could hold Jess’s hand. Now I am standing butt naked in front of her, and she just kissed me. “So...how long do you want me to stay naked.”
