Talks with the hidden Leaf are always the same for Mei. It’s either her undies being hiked up her booty, or she’s the one hiking someone else’s undies, and that’s what she loved the most about the leaf. The willingness that all the women have there to see someone and just decided that their underwear should be over their face or that their ass isn’t quite red enough yet, that fact made her always want to come back. She knows she running the risk of getting publicly humiliated but the thought of it turned on the Mizukage. Besides most of her punishment would take place in the Hokage’s personal quarters where they can do anything they wanted. As Mei arrives at the gate what is she greeted with?
