Throwing your full weight, you fling yourself directly at the dangling uvula before you. As you manage to slam yourself against it, your heart sank as it immediately slipped out of your grasp, sending you to tumbling into a pool of saliva already gathered in the back of her throat. You cough, clawing at the back of her tongue before you feel the flow of liquid surrounding you shift, pulling you with it as the chamber of her throat opens. The suckling orifice swiftly engulfs you as your fate is sealed with deafening:
GLLRK!
As you descend you're squeezed on all sides, the tight muscles of her throat keeping a sturdy hold on you. Shalenna had been laying on her back, so your journey was more slow and unpleasant than it already might have been. You try your best to crawl your way out, but you can do little else but squirm, her flesh effortlessly dragging you down to your next destination. You hear her calm heartbeat as you wind deeper, before a familiar, foreboding gurgle fills your ears yet again, this time much more well defined and less muffled. You dread what comes next, already trying to think of a plan, some way out of this mess. Having been born at your size, you were always fearful of the idea of being eaten. The thought had never occurred to you however, that another person would be responsible. As the rumbling grew louder, you remembered! Magoza had left her message line open! There was still a chance you could escape this nightmare alive! Not a moment too soon as well, as you suddenly felt your feet free of the restrictive confines of Shalenna's throat. The rest of you quickly followed suit, the greedy entrance seemingly yanking you out from your fleshy prison. And with a plop, you find yourself having landed in the belly of the woman you had just been sleeping next to not long ago.
gurrr... gllrrrggl...
As the realization dawns on you, you find yourself on all fours in the dark. Churning and gurgling can be heard all around you, as Shalenna's stomach works on her meal. A meal that you've unfortunately, found yourself a part of. As you touch the ground beneath you it feels... off. Much more firm and smooth than you had expects the wrinkled wall of a stomach to feel. You cast a light spell and your new prison illuminates in a much more real, frighting detail. The walls all around you expanding and contracting, seemingly trying to press up and find any morsel of food they can. As you look down you realize, you've landed on what remains of the entire grapefruit she had swallowed whole. it was no more than a mere nub now. You look down to amore alarming dight, gastric acid swirling around. You get a terrifying look at exactly how efficient her stomach works, as the remainder of the fruit seemingly sinks and sizzles into the flesh before your very eyes, the smell of citrus filling your enclosure. With no time to waste, you immediately place a shield spell upon yourself, but not being as versed in this sort of magic you're unsure how long it will last. You can tell it is successful however, the cool energy washing over you and forming a clear, greenish bubble around you. Frantically, you think in the direction of Magoza "Shalenna accidentally ate me, please send help!" You hope, there in the sleeping elf's depths, your call is heard
GRoWRLLLLGlll
"She WHAT??" Magoza had been immediately woken up from her sleep, frantically reaching for the correct tome as she dashed down the hall, still in her nightgown. Silently cursing to herself, she sent another message "I'm coming as fast as I can, just try and stay as safe as you can in the meantime" As she hustled, she quickly skimmed through the pages of her transportation based spells. There it was, teleportation! The only issue was she would need to see who she was teleporting, and where they were going. Her mind was racing somehow faster than she was moving, until she finally came up with an idea "Of course! Scrying! I could scry to see where he is in there and poof him back out to safety!" She cheered out loud, before suddenly stifling her excitement realizing others were likely sleeping in the other rooms. As she reached Shalenna's door she attempted to knock politely before immediately upping the volume and frequency of her knocks. The door opened to reveal a groggy Shalenna, her eyes half drooped as she yawned "Hey Magoza, what's up?" The orc quickly pulled the half awake elf back into her room and closed the door, a look of fury on her face "Show me your tummy, our tiny healer SOMEHOW wound up in there" This news jolted Shalenna awake "What!?!" she said, looking down at her stomach as she heard it let out a bassy, satisfied grumble. "I was wondering where he went.. well if he's in there he's probably gone by now." Her next thought was cut off by a surprisingly loud...
BWOOOOOOOOOOOOOOORP
Back inside the noise bellowed around you, squeezing the space in your enclosure enclosure and slightly lifting you into the air before falling back down onto the walls of her hungry organ. It was a good thing you had placed that shield spell on yourself when you did, as when she got up to get the door your entire world shifted, leaving you off the safety of the grapefruit and landing onto the churning mass of her gut. You looked back to see all traces of the grapefruit gone, and heard Shalenna's words echo around you "Oop, wait. That was definitely magic I tasted. Yeah he might still be alive in there!" It was very easy to hear Shalenna's side of the conversation, as her words reverberated off the walls of your sloshing prison. However, you couldn't really make out what Magoza was saying outside of muffled angry noises. After a few moments Shalenna's voice returns "Can you see him in there? Oh my god like, what does my tummy look like? I bet the grapefruit I ate is already g-" before being shushed. Quite suddenly, the wall of flesh you had been staring at had become clear, as if made of glass. You could see Magoza sigh a breath of relief as she looked upon you. It was still hard to make out what she was saying, but you could see her quickly look up at your unwitting, ditzy captor before focusing back on you. She seemed to be reading from a large blue book as she made several hand gestures in the air.
Back outside, Magoza had been almost ready to perform the teleportation ritual. She had sent a message to their shrunken healer: "Alright sit tight, I'm getting you out now". Glancing up, Magoza announced "Alright Shalenna, now please stay still so I can get our little friend out of there." Shalenna had been looking down at the inside of her tummy, smiling at being able to seethe cute little healer stuck inside her before she realized what Magoza was saying "Uuuhh... I don't think that's gonna be alright." The orc shot a look that could kill directly at her, as if the blonde elf had told a tasteless joke. "What, pray tell, do you mean by that?" Magoza said curtly. Shalenna seemed unfazed and explained "See like, pray is exactly it! Hysise is big into like 'always finish your meals' and 'don't let prey escape' and all that, I think she'd be really angry with me if something that fell into my stomach... y'know came out?" Even as dim as she could be, the elven woman looked down with some shame having said the words out loud. "And besides, it's not like he'll be gone for good! He'll reform at the guild altar like anyone else who dies!" Magoza looked in disbelief over at the paladin, who was now beaming with confidence. Slowly, Magoza stated "I think you're missing the point. Besides, if you want to pay off a thousand gold in resurrection fees, by all means-" cutting her off however, the eager Shalenna said "I'll do it! Just please don't anger my goddess, she has a really bad temper and I've never done anything wrong by her before. She might take away my powers, too!" Magoza was dumbfounded by that. It was true Shalenna was invaluable in battle, and if she was willing single-handedly to pay for her mistake she couldn't argue with that. Before she could answer however, you respond to Magoza's message "Um, can we hurry this up? I think she's somehow digesting my shield, it's starting to fade!"
Wiping her glasses off, Magoza looks back up at Shalenna and says...
