The curse isn't lifted

As the last rose petal falls, Belle proclaims her love for the dying beast. That love lifted the curse, healed the Beast, and made for a happy ending for everyone in the castle.

But what if Belle had waited to profess her love until after the last rose petal had fallen?

Two scenarios can be explored here:

1) Curse mostly lifted -- In this scenario, the Beast is healed, the servants restored to their true form, but the Beast is still left in the form of the Beast

2) Curse remains -- In this scenario, bost Beast and his servants remain in their enchanted form, and it takes the Beast a fortnight to recover from the wounds inflicted on him by Gaston

So which scenario will we explore?
