OPTION ONE: In this reality Scooby Doo is a grizzled human detective with Shaggy, Fred, Velma, and Daphne as his six inch tall sidekicks that he uses to both help him in his cases and relieve stress.

OPTION TWO: Scooby Doo is a descendent of Anubis and therefore Godzilla sized. His Mystery Inc compatriots are his four followers who serve his every whim.
