Tyler swore something as I started to reach towards him.
“What did you do you little shit? I yelled. My voice must have been huge. Because Tyler screamed. Another beam shot out of the toy in his hands and I got hit again. Another wave of warmth shot through me and a felt myself grow again.
Jesus fuck I was getting even bigger. Forget the doorframe, pretty soon I’d be over two stories tall. Not as intense as last time but I was getting fucking huge. I grabbed at Tyler and pinned him to the ground with one hand.
“Cut that shit out!” I said down to him. He wheezed out. Something “Speak up shrimp” I said
“You’re crushing…me” He wheezed
“Oh. My bad” I said, despite myself and eased up a bit. “What the fuck man.”
“You, you broke it!” Tyler yelled up at me. I blinked and pressed on him a little harder again. He almost squeaked. “Ffffuck you’re hurting me!”
“Yeah, I don’t like your tone, especially since I’m the one who’s butt naked here.” I said down to him “What did I break?”
“The…the ray.”
“The thing you used to make me king kong?” I asked. Almost growling. “That ray?”
“Yes.” Tyler whimpered. I felt myself get angry. Was I going to be stuck like this? I wanted to crush this little puke into jelly. Wait Garret, wait he might be able to fix it.
“So you’re saying I’m stuck like this?” I said gesturing to myself with one hand. Which probably looked terrifying if you weren’t a guy who’s now a few stories tall.
“Yes.” I gave him a severe look. “For now! For now!” He added.
“You’re going to put me back.” I said to him. Matter of factly. I finally let him get up taking my hand off of his chest. I’d been pinning him into the mulch by the bushes so he was covered with dirt.
“I’ll need to make it again that took a long time.”
“Well it’s not like I can keep being…” I paused
“17 feet tall.” Tyler offered. What the fuck that was huge.
“How do you know?" I asked
“You grew 67 inches the first time. Then I hit you again. 60 and 60 is 120. That’s ten feet. 14 inches is a foot and 2 inches.” I just paused, this guy was quick with this math. “You were 6’1” so you’re 17’3” he finished. I looked down at him. We were lucky that no one had showed up yet.
“Why increments for 67?” I asked, starting to sus some things out. Did this guy have something backfire?
“I uh…”
“You were intending to make me 67 inches smaller weren’t you?” I said. My voice getting growly again.
“I uh…”
“If I was going to crush you Tyler I would have already done it. We can talk about it before you try to put me back to normal.”
