On the way to Monstonia, you're ambushed by something on the road. "BOO!" you hear before you're knocked down something large and soft. You lay on the ground as the soft mounds obscure your view. "What do ya think? Did I scare ya? Did I?" you hear a high-pitch voice say.
"G-get off!" you say as you push the person off of you. You sit up and see the person who fell on you is in fact not a person, but a scarecrow. A really hot scarecrow. Her skin is entirely made out of some kind of rough fabric. She's wearing a typical farmer's outfit with gloves, a straw hat, and overalls. The overalls have one strap undone, fully revealing her straw filled cleavage behind her partially unbuttoned flannel shirt. Her eyes are black with yellow centers and her mouth looks like a hole cut into her straw head. Her hair is also made out of straw. She's also tied up against a pole with her hands tied against another pole in a cross formation, like a typical scarecrow, except it seems she moves around by bouncing on her pole.
"Haha! Admit it! I scared ya, didn't I?" the scarecrow proudly says.
"I wasn't scared. More like surprised," you say.
"Nuh-uh! You were totally scared."
"No I wasn't!"
"Was too!"
"No I-" you stop yourself before engaging anymore in this childish argument. "Whatever. I'm not dealing with you. I got places to be." You try to continue down the path but the scarecrow bounces in front of you and blocks the way.
"Come on, just admit it, scaredy cat. You were scared."
"I wasn't scared and don't call me a scaredy cat!" you say, clearly aggravated.
"Well if you're not a scaredy cat, then how about a game? We try to scare each other, and if I scare you, you have to admit you're a little scaredy cat."
Ok, now you were interested in this girl. "Okay, but if I scare you, you have to be my maid."
"Hah! I accept. Nothing scares me. And I'm the best scarer in the world. Prepare to wet your scared pants, scaredy cat! Ha ha!" the scarecrow girl jumps and flies into the sky until you can't see her anymore. Maybe you're in over your head. But luckily the straw brained girl put very low stakes on her end. Now how to beat her? You weren't afraid of being scrared by her obviously, but what could such a ditzy girl be afraid of? Perhaps...Fire! That's it. A straw scarecrow has to be afraid of fire, right? You grab some twigs and a couple of rocks and immediately start a fire. After that, you'll need to find the scarecrow in order to scare her. That display of flight showed she clearly had an advantage of picking when to engage, while you had to just wait.
After some tense waiting, the scarecrow shows up again and
