From the looks of things, this party wasnt going anywhere anytime soon considering the food was just being cooked now. You decide to head over to the lake instead and see what its like. You imagined it would be similar to an ocean to you now, except with leafs as large as soccer fields floating around, and the fish... they would be like monsters the size of whales. You would have to be really careful about that, you dont want to be a fishs dinner. Maybe it would be best if you stuck to the same area those kids were playing in. Atleast they would keep those fish away.
With your mind made up you take off from the branch towards the shore and land down on a floating stick that was caught by overgrown weeds. The group of people, consisting of 3 three girls and three boys (all looking like their in their pre teens) were still playing and setting up their towels, so for now they werent a problem.
You glance over the into the water and look around for any of those leviathans swimming around down there but you dont see any. So you first dip a bit of your helmet covered face into the water to make sure it can take it. The helmet still works fine so you take that as a confirmation that the suit is indeed waterproof.
